The evil empire has fallen once again. Just a week after trying to think of a way the Tigers could beat the powerful New York Yankees, I have to wonder no longer. The deed is done. The Yankees are a dead team and the Tigers' minds are on bigger things: winning the American League.

Wolves volleyball adds another win in WHAC play, beats Saints

After finishing second in the Taylor University Tournament just days before their first match of the week, the ladies of the University of Michigan-Dearborn volleyball team were optimistic and geared up for their competition. Last Tuesday, the Wolves played a home game against the Saints of Siena Heights University for the first time this season.

Hockey drops 2 to Ohio University

The road didn't treat Michigan-Dearborn's hockey team kindly this past weekend. Actually, it couldn't have been any rockier. The weekend started out smoothly, but quickly took a sharp turn for the worse, leading to 9-4 and 4-0 defeats to Ohio University. The Wolves came out determined in the first period Friday night.

Wolverines dispose of Spartans, rise to #4 in rankings

It was almost too easy. The Michigan Wolverines are now 6-0 on the season after squashing a limping Michigan State team 31-13 Saturday at the Big House. The Wolverines added to the Spartans' crumbling season with a punishing blow to the green and white packed with domination.

Wolves bowling finishes 16th

The University of Michigan-Dearborn bowling team began their season two weeks ago with a 16th-place finish in the American Heartland Intercollegiate Bowling Conference's first event. Thirty teams from across the country competed at the tournament. Two UM-D bowlers finished in the top 50 individually - senior Captain Michael Kiel finished 12th and junior Martez Banks finished 42nd.
